Overview

The ELPAC is a secure assessment. All LEA ELPAC coordinators and site ELPAC coordinators are required to read and electronically sign the ELPAC Test Security Agreement and ELPAC Test Security Affidavit prior to accessing test materials. All ELPAC TEs with access to TOMS are required to read and electronically sign the ELPAC Test Security Affidavit prior to testing and handling test materials. Proctors and other school staff assisting in the test administration who have no access to TOMS are required to read and electronically sign the Test Security Affidavit for Non-TOMS Users prior to handling test materials. Site ELPAC coordinators may download and print the ELPAC Test Security Affidavit for Non-TOMS Users. The signed copies should be kept for the entirety of the test administration.
