Logging On to the DEI

  1. Use an internet browser to navigate to the CAASPP & ELPAC Website.
  2. Select the System Links menu.
  3. Select the DEI—Data Entry Interface item from the drop-down list.

  4. On the user Logon screen, after entering the user’s TOMS username, which is the user’s email address, and password, select the [Secure Logon] button (indicated in figure 1).

  5. When the Enter Student Information screen opens, enter the student’s first name in the Student First Name field and the student’s SSID in the Student ID field (figure 2). Then, select the [Sign In] button.

  6. Verify the student’s personal information on the Is This the Student? screen (refer to figure 3) and then select the [Next] button.
