Navigation and Menus

Navigation within CERS is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, primarily relying on hyperlinks to narrow down information into specific detail.

When a user navigates to a page, a navigation path or “breadcrumb” appears, showing the current location within the system and an icon to navigate back to the Home Page. Each item in the path is separated by a forward slash (“/”), representing the path from the Home Page to the current page. In the example shown in figure 1, the user is on a screen presenting results for student responses. To return to the Home Page, the user can select the [Home icon].
