School Administrations

Use the school administration screens to view the school calendar summary information.

CAASPP School Administration Summary

Use the tables in the View and Set Up Administrations screen (figure 1) to view the school’s administration calendar summary for each available assessment for CAASPP. Select either the [Smarter Balanced, CAAs, CAST], [CAA for Science], or [CSA] tab to view a specific test administration calendar summary.

Table 1 describes the fields displayed in the View and Set Up Administrations screen for a test site.

Name	Description
Admin	The name of the administration is displayed under the LEA name in the top-left portion of the screen.
Instructional Dates	The instructional start date and the instructional end date for the school administration year are displayed under the administration.
Testing Window Summary	Date Type—The name of the type of date: Available Test Window Dates—Dates that an LEA may use for setting up the test administration window Selected Testing Dates—Actual dates of the test administration window Test Administration Setup Cutoff Date—Last day modifications to the testing window will be allowed Last Modified Date—Date of last change to this test administration
Noninstructional Dates	These are the noninstructional dates selected on the Noninstructional Dates screen for the assessment(s) included in the summary; available only for CAASPP.

ELPAC School Administration Summary

Use the summary tables in the View and Set Up Administrations screen (figure 2) to view the school’s test administration calendar summary for ELPAC.
1. For each assessment, the test administration calendar summary is displayed on a separate tab.
2. Select the [Admin Table] button to return to the Administrations table.

Table 2 describes the fields displayed on the School Administration Summary screen for ELPAC.

Name	Description
Admin	The name of the administration is displayed under the LEA name in the top-left portion of the screen.
Instructional Dates	The instructional start date and the instructional end date for the school administration year are displayed under the administration.
Testing Window Summary	Date Type—The name of the type of date: Available Test Window Dates—Dates that an LEA may use for testing Primary Order Dates—Date range during which the primary order may be placed Supplemental Order Dates—Date range during which the supplemental order may be placed
RSVP Materials Return Dates	For each test administration, this section displays the dates the materials (Answer Books) are to be returned. This is applicable only for the Initial ELPAC.
